    HELPBYCOM and Henkel won the Service Globe for the most innovative idea in IT service management.

    Mummert Study: SELLBYTEL client Pioneer Investment scored the highest possible point total (25 of 25 points) in the "Service" category.

    In a service test by TeleTalk, SELLBYTEL client Arcor was the only tested provider to achieve the best marks in the “Customer Service/Call” category.

    Recognition as SELLBYTEL client ABN AMRO was recognized as thecertificate provider with the "Best Service" by readers of the magazine DER AKTIONÄR (The Shareholder).

    SELLBYTEL Spain won the Spanish Service Award for the best customer service rendered to its client VAESA (Volkswagen-Audi España, SA). The award appraises extraordinary service performance in customer satisfaction and service quality.

    SELLBYTEL, together with its long-standing client Henkel, won the 2008 HelpDesk Award for the best help desk innovation.

    According to a study by the German Institute for Service Quality (Deutsches Institut für Service-Qualität), SELLBYTEL, together with one of the biggest investment companies in Germany, offers the best service for Riester Pension investors compared to its competitors.

    RECORD YEAR
    The SELLBYTEL Group records its most successful business year since
    its founding and hires over 500 new employees.

    Tested Best: The SELLBYTEL- operated AOL Service Hotline was the
    “best-tested,” the according to communications magazine "Connect." The jury’s verdict: "AOL offers its customers the best hotline of all test candidates.  Telephones are manned by competent staff seven days a week, around the clock.” Mummert Study Rankings: SELLBYTEL client Activest Anleger-Service (Investor Service) scores the highest possible point total.

    PHARMACEUTICAL COMMUNICATION
    The SELLBYTEL Group enters the pharmaceutical market.

    The SELLBYTEL-operated AOL support center wins BILD’s (which boasts Europe’s largest circulation of any publication) Sunday test, “Germany’s most important hotlines.The jury’s verdict: "The line was free 90% of the time – super! In addition, it offered the best telephone manners in the test: friendly, professional, and not pushy with potential new customers.” HELPBYCOM won a Service Globe. SELLBYTEL- operated hotline service for Epson won first place in an internal market study.

    SELLBYTEL SPAIN
    A new international location is established in Barcelona. Its purpose is to service all target markets in Europe and Latin America in over 18 languages in the areas of sales, service and support.
