    The SELLBYTEL Group and its subsidiaries are looking for talent in many areas– from marketing and sales to HR, finance, financial management and even a number of technically-oriented professions.

  • Where can I find current job advertisements?
    The best way to find an up-to-date listing is at our Career Center. There you’ll find a clear, current breakdown of all positions currently available. You can even use the form to apply right there. In addition, the SELLBYTEL Group advertises in selected media depending on the job opportunity.

  • How can I apply?
    We are delighted to accept applications via post, e-mail with additional files attached as PDFs, via our online application form or through Facebook and Xing.

  • What supporting materials should my application include?
    For fast and specific processing, please include all documents requested by the particular posting for which you are applying.

  • What happens after I send my application?
    You will immediately receive confirmation that we have received your application – via e-mail for online applications or by letter for posted applications.
    The selection process will then take from two to six weeks, depending on the position. If your profile matches our requirements, you will either be invited to a job interview, to attend an application day or to visit an assessment center.

  • I am interested in more than one position. How should I proceed?
    Send us an application and clearly note in your cover letter which positions you are interested in. Be sure to list the names of the positions along with the corresponding reference numbers. We will then be able to process your application smoothly and avoid any unnecessary duplication.

  • Is it possible to apply “on-spec”?

  • Will my application and data be deleted if my application is unsuccessful?
    We comply with all legal regulations regarding deletion or return of application documentation. If you are not selected as a candidate for a particular position, we will keep your documents on file for future employment possibilities within our company– provided, of course, that this is acceptable to you.

  • Can I apply for another position if the first application was unsuccessful?
    Of course! We may even come back to you with a different position in your field that we feel is a better fit for your skills.

  • How do I apply online?
    Simply complete the online application form at the Career Center website. We ask you to not send applications by e-mail, if at all possible.

  • What information is required for the online application?
    The same information is required for online applications as applications by mail. Fill in the online application form and attach your cover letter, your CV/resume and any supporting certificates or other documentation as a PDF file.

  • How will I know that my application was received by SELLBYTEL?

    That depends. In order to be able to optimally care for our customers even under heavy workloads, we operate under a flexible system. That means that at peak times you may be asked to work longer, but it may offer greater flexibility during normal times. We will gladly discuss the details with you in person.

  • What is the dress code in the SELLBYTEL Group?
    Whether in the office or during contact time with customers, the appearance of each individual plays an important role in our company culture. We therefore normally expect our employees to dress in the appropriate business attire.

  • CUSTOMERS SERVICES
    We offer the complete portfolio of services our customers need for successful modern customer service management. We can develop services specific to customers’ needs that will optimize retention, manage inbound and outbound service for pre-defined customer and product segments or oversee an entire service area. It is our goal to develop original, innovative services, whether individual solutions or complex, multi-channel management of product support.

  • EXTENDED SALES FORCE

    LIVINGBRANDS can undertake complex sales processes for your customers that will generate profits and demonstrate ROI.

  • INSIDE ACCOUNT MANAGER
    Our inside account manager serves his customers specifically. His job includes selling clients’ products and solutions by e-mail or telephone. He will also coordinate the sales processes in the field between producer, system administrator (partner) and customer.

  • INSIDE CHANNEL ACCOUNT MANAGER
    The inside channel account manager is responsible for assisting partners in their distribution area(s). His assignment is to closely link the system integrators and resellers, to assist with necessary certifications and to generate additional profits.

  • OUTSOURCING
    SELLBYTEL offers many outsourced services to customers. This normally involves taking over complex processes and working closely with existing customer infrastructure.
