Annalisa Facchini originally started her career with the SELLBYTEL Group as an Inside Sales Account Manager. Today she is active as Human Resources Manager and personally recruits new employees for the group every day.

Signora Facchini, you are an Italian, but you work in Barcelona for SELLBYTEL?

Yes, I came to Barcelona for love’s sake. That was 8 years ago now, and since then a lot has happened…


Privately or professionally?

Both. I got married and have two children. But I have also developed myself professionally.


That means that you did not originally work in Human Resources?

At first, I worked as Inside Sales Account Manager. Then after a short period of time I was able to take on responsibility as Team Supervisor. After the project was concluded I transferred to the HR Department.

Was that your own decision?

Of course. I had always been interested in the personnel field and with SELLBYTEL I got the opportunity to try it.

So based on your own experience you’d say that employee development enjoys the highest priority with the SELLBYTEL Group?

You bet! I have been able to develop personally and professionally at every point in my career. As Human Resources Manager I mentor many of our employees myself and I get to help them find ways to best employ their talents.

What else do you like about working with the SELLBYTEL group?

Oh, there are so many things... Above all, I appreciate the collegial climate and the international atmosphere. My colleagues come from all over the world. The flat hierarchy is remarkable as well. Whoever wants to get ahead here will make it. People here definitely expect a lot from their employees. But they also offer a lot: training, coaching and genuine career opportunities in an international enterprise.
