Responsibilities
  • Service Desk level 2 technician to manage Incidents, problems and Standard Requests
  • Troubleshooting issues in the most common office applications, on Windows and Apple operating systems, and also take care of requests from different projects

We offer
  • Full-time (39 hours/week), from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 19.00 with possibility of rotation from 9.00 to 18.00
  • Contract: 6 months + 6 months+ Permanent

Requirements
  • High level of English and Spanish is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position is a plus
  • Experience providing support in multimedia, telecommunications or IT infrastructure products/services
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Apple
  • Desirable Microsoft certifications MCSE/MCSA
  • Good communication skills
  • An organized person, capable of managing many tasks, prioritizing and reaching milestones and targeted goals
