The Business Advisor is responsible to provide a customer/partner interface that simplifies the experience & drives scale and growth. Build loyalty between the company and their Partners and focus on enablement to increase the partner’s revenue related with company solutions.

Your main tasks
 
  • Establish a close relationship with company Partners by becoming a trusted advisor
  • Become a specialist of company partner tools, certifications, programs and promotions
  • Increase Partner’s revenue
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the Partners
  • Manage them through the onboarding process and register them as partners
  • Develop and educate partners as well as keep them up to date on new products and solutions 
  • Provide training to partners
  • Responsible for demanding generation through inbound/outbound activities (Phone, e-mail and chat)
  • Support in certification and re-certification of partners


Our profile of preference
 
  • Fluent/Native in Finnish
  • Good level of English
  • Two to four (2-4) years of Customer Service / Sales experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Reliable, responsible, self-driven and result orientated personality
  • Strong relationship building skills
