Your main task
  • Reviewing and auditing interactions, email and telephone interactions along with reviewing and investigating customer survey responses
  •  To deploy a sales & CS call coaching method including a Plan, Do, Review model for supporting each seller to progressively improve the quality and impact of each sales call

What we need from you
  • High school degree required, College degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance
  • Minimum 1.5 years account management experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese
  • Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
