Main Tasks
Monitor and report team performance, look for synergies and to implement improvements in order to offer the best service possible for the project and its customers
Optimize the team, analyze metrics, be the POC for the customer in the day-by-day activity

Inside Sales 50%
  • Develop sales and profitability of the client's customer portfolio
  • Identify prospects, nurture strong opportunities, win and retain profitable customers
  • Obtain customer insight, e.g. needs and objectives, budget, and decision-making process

Requirements
  • Native English
  • Proven sales success in a quota-driven
  • Experience in team management (desirable)
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline
  • Experience managing customer objections
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM environment
  • Experience promoting a value proposition based on disruptive technology
