As the Technical Support Advisor, you will BE
  • Maintaining client relationships through product support over the phone
  • Providing customers with quotes and product knowledge
  • Handling effectively all incoming incidents 
  • Gathering information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues

Conditions
  • Full-time, 39 hrs/week with two different schedules:
  • 1/Wednesday-Friday, from 9.00 to 21.00; Saturday and Sunday, from 09.00 to 18.00 (Fixed Weekends)
  • 2/Monday- Sunday, from 9.00 to 21.00 (Rotating Weekends)
  • Long-term contract
  • Location: Barcelona Center
