Starting position.

“Almost everybody knows our brand, but only few have a deep understanding of our complex online products. Our challenge is to find a strong presales partner who integrates seamlessly into our sales environment and knows exactly how to present the benefits of our products.”

This is the expectation of our partner, an international provider of internet services. When we started our cooperation at our hub in Kuala Lumpur as well as in India in 2014, our client entrusted us with one of their innovative online products. Eventually they were so impressed by our performance that they added two more products to our responsibility. What a great honor!

This presented us with a major opportunity to prove our sales skills even more. We now manage the demand generation for three different products and are constantly exceeding our targets.

We generated immense growth in every aspect. The number of products we manage rose from one to three. Our team size increased sevenfold in less than three years and we are currently planning on expanding our team by 70 %.

  • Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Rejected opportunities
  • Quality assurance

We managed to build a very successful sales team that has integrated seamlessly into our client’s sales environment. From our locations in Malaysia and India we cover the whole APAC market with its diverse languages, plus Oceania.
