Young executives start training program

Within the frame of young executives development at SELLBYTEL Group, employees consistently get trained and strarched in developing their own talents. One group has just started with a topical module of a long-standing development program and has absolved the first training unit concerning the field of “biographical competence”.

This first training part under the guidance of our trainer Dr. Eberhard Orf was focused on the employers´ own experiences. The participants have learned how to use own strengths to establish a reliable kind of leadership. This includes the individual contention concerning personal factors of success and flaws, the reflection of previous thought patterns and action patterns as well as the wording of personal aims and worths. Furthermore coping strategies, resource management and psychosocial competence have been advanced.

The sustainable planed programme is guided by SELLBYTEL´s subsidiary and training expert aha!TALENTEXPERTS.
