New business for aha!TALENTEXPERTS: The RSG Reisebüro Service Gesellschaft commissioned the training specialist of the SELLBYTEL Group to create and to execute a long-term training concept. Around 100 travel agencies partners of the travel agency association will take part in the new program called “RSG Service Gold”. It is structured within six different coaching units, spread over a period of two years.

“Inspite of infrequent and product focused trainings, we want to offer our travel agency partners as well as their employees a strategic long-term training concept, which we also support financially”, explains Michael Dohmen, Managing Director of RSG. “We expect a more sustainable effect than single trainings regarding single topics could create.”

The RSG is the parent organization for various travel agency cooperations including Deutsche Reisering, ProTours/RCE, TourContact and partner companies of Atlasreisen and Karstadt Reisebüros. It represents the interests of its members.
