SELLBYTEL Group reviews its most successful year in its history: nine new international locations have been founded, values have increased by 20 %, and 1,000 employers have been hired.

“2011 was the most successful year in SELLBYTEL´s history”, explains CEO, Michael Raum. “The absolute figures show the best growth heretofore, and expressed as a percentage, we were able to increase our values by 20 %.” All in all the international outsourcing specialist has doubled its business figures within the past five years. “And we want to repeat this success within the forthcoming five years”, reports Michael Raum.


International growth

First of all SELLBYTEL´s performance is contributed by a continuous growth within Europe. The location in Berlin has been expanded, as well as Barcelona, Prague and Lisbon. Moreover SELLBYTEL Group has intensified its international expansion, especially in Asia: In 2011 SELLBYTEL Group has founded nine new international locations (Kuala Lumpur, Seoul, Sydney, Nairobi, Lagos, Dakar, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok as well as Hanoi). This is as much as never before. Now SELLBYTEL Group counts 34 locations worldwide.

SELLBYTEL Group, subsidiary of BBDO Germany, was also able to increase its number of employees from to 5,000. Around 2,800 employers are working at SELLBYTEL´s locations in Germany (Locations: Nuremberg, Fuerth, Munich, Erfurt, Duesseldorf, Boeblingen, Berlin).


Talents and innovations are the secret of success

“In 2012 we will expand our established international locations”, adds CEO, Michael Raum. “This includes the increase of business with our clients, growth in customer base as well as the recruitment of suitable employees. Due to skill worker shortage, it is our task to detect and develop talents.”

Therefore SELLBYTEL Group has extended its portfolio in the field of talent management and integrated a new company into its network within the past year: aha! TALENTEXPERTS offers companies trainings and individual coachings for specialists and executive staff, specializing in the areas of sales and service.


Optimism for 2012

Also 2012, SELLBYTEL Group considers its self as a source of inspiration for its customers, and will generate and establish new products for them. This regards the whole portfolio (Sales, Service, Support, Human Resources, Training & Coaching as well as Health Market Solutions).

And Michael Raum keeps being optimistic: “We cannot control the Euro Crisis. But as long as its slipstream is not going to rise, we will also expect a growth of 20 % for 2012.”
