Our client, a leading German telecommunications company with a presence in the landline and mobile telephony market, offers integrated solutions for voice, Internet and data services.
In order to enter the SME market and expand market share in a structured manner, our client needed to reinforce its sales team across Germany. The essential challenge lay in recruiting highly motivated sales specialists with technical knowledge.

After establishing a profile of what skills were required in close cooperation with the client, RIGHTHEAD identified suitable candidates from its pool of applicants. Not only did RIGHTHEAD find candidates within the ranks of existing company personnel, but they also used proactive canvassing and target-group-oriented job advertisements to locate a number of new applicants. The pool of candidates was first narrowed down through sales-focused telephone interviews conducted by experienced sales trainers. Then the remaining list of candidates was compared against the candidate profile.
The final candidates were selected during a job fair conducted by sales professionals. The client was actively involved in this selection process, ultimately calling the job fair and recruiting process as a whole, “very professional”.
