Increased revenue through consolidation of service and sales

An internationally active mobile telecommunications company wanted to achieve higher revenues by cross- and up-selling to its existing customer base. The client’s existing team specialized in providing customer service. So they were reinforced by an external partner with extensive sales experience. LIVINGBRANDS, the SELLBYTEL Group’s sales outsourcing specialist, was hired to form a team for the mobile telecommunications firm’s B2C sales that was both skilled in sales and also service oriented.

Development of gross conversion DSL-TAL on answered calls
