Sales Support Specialist (m/f) 1118K

Responsibilities
  • As a completely integrated part of the Sales Team, the Sales Support Specialist's main task is to work in collaboration with the Managers in the EMEA markets
  • Develop a business relationship via phone with customers and partners by being a trusted advisor
  • Monthly configurator pricing process and quality checks
  • Support call center activities including value push day, training, sales tools, reporting, support + visibility local push activities.
  • Other projects when required for the workstation business.

Requirements
  • Fluent level of English
  • Some sales or outbound communication experience, along with commercial attitude and awareness
  • Knowledge or interest in data analytics
  • High Excel skills
  • Business mind-set will help you engage better with your contacts
  • Business school or a focus in Economics will benefit your progression in this role and the project, but won't be a decisive trait
  • Identification of new sales chances
  • Very good self organization
  • Empathetic & enthusiastic personality
  • Economic school or similar
  • End customer Sales experience 1 year, preference call center
  • Autonomous as working a lot alone
