Integrated in the sales support team you should be a dynamic and motivated self-starter with strong communications and teamwork skills. 
In this role you will be responsible to build strong relationships with our European partners and service operational teams to identify priorities and activities required to optimize our service demands ensuring the full potential of our business intelligence solutions to be optimal.

Primary tasks and responsibilities

  • Deliver webinars and presentations to our customers (new and existing)
  • Act as a main contact point for FQ's related to the functionality of our solutions
  • Understand and assess customer requirements
  • Coordinate and execute administrative activity related with services (invoicing, enrollment and operational support)
  • Develop processes and standards to improve service support to operations
  • Work closely with our Professional Services and provide client feedback to our B.I. team
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with our customers to ensure all activities are closely aligned with our business strategy

  • Strong customer-communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, driven by results, initiative and autonomous
  • High knowledge and experience of MS excel functions (pivot tables & formulas)
  • Planning skills, project management and prioritization
  • Previous experience on a B2B position is desirable
  • Fluent English + Fluent German or French
