Responsibilities
  • Train the new agents in the reception of calls
  • Prepare all agents to give an answer to customers in hard to solve situations
  • Identify weak points in agents and report to supervisor
  • Training planning and identification of team training needs
  • Assure all agents have the same level of training
  • Monitor and analyse contacts handled by agents
  • Creation of templates with superior writing & communication skills
  • Constant review of existing templates and proactive suggestions for improvements
  • Monitoring of agent's performance & communications skills including proof reading
  • Ensuring voice is adapted by all agents (written & spoken)
  • Preparation of attractive ad hoc analysis on demand on different levels

Other
  • Give support to the supervisor: reports / organize conference calls / plan calls
  • Assist team meetings

We offer
  • Full-time position (39hrs/week) and Indefinido contract
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 (rotative), 1 Saturday per month
