Your Main Task:
  • Lead Generation through pre-sales discussions with potential prospects
  • Provide basic guidance and product information or redirect to the right support team with client's
  • Assign leads to the correct team members responsible for these prospects
  • E-mail follow-up with the customers
  • Warm transfers to Sales
  • Database enrichment

What we need from you:
  • Associate's Degree is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Japanese and English
  • Good knowledge in IT
  • Good knowledge of telemarketing/sales
  • Outbound experience/sales experience
  • Experience in inbound/outbound chat
  • Identification of new sales chances
  • Work Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
