Virtual Global Account Manager (English) – APAC (m/f)

Your main task : 
  • Cold calling to drive acquisition campaigns and/or profile assigned accounts to understand installed base and business drivers
  • Customers calling or email exchanged to drive Sales, up Sell, Cross Sell, specific campaigns and/or profile assigned accounts to understand installed base and business drivers.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds sales quota and metrics related to outbound calls, open pipeline opportunities, and closed won revenue/shipment set by segment management.
  • Actively creating new sales opportunities for Client products and associated services and solutions for selected customers in the assigned territory via telephone and email, responsible for Client portfolio revenue/shipment/ margin for these accounts.
  • Analyzes client industry and competitive research and information to facilitate rich client dialogue and identify emerging market trends and opportunities.
  • Build customer confidence in Client’s remote sales capabilities, Interfaces with highly diverse set of functions and buyers at all levels within customer organization - including highest levels of Executive. Drives opportunities from qualification to close.
  • Develop End Customer knowledge, capture customer contacts in SFDC/CRM and customer profiling in Client profiling tool. Aggressively reviews account activities in pursuit of new business or up-selling opportunities.
  • Receive inbound calls from assigned customers (to close opportunities) or Client personnel (Sales specialists, local Field Sales, Local Sales END USER Manager, Presales).
  • Follow Client processes with Client back office sales support for quotations, configurations, OPG, sales comp calculation, delivery, order management requirements, exceptions.Engage office-based, field Sales, Global Account Manager, Specialist and presales as appropriate

What we need from you:
  • Bachelor degree or corresponding work experience in sales.
  • Minimum 3 years in Inside Sales or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years  experience in Account Management.
  • Minimum 2 years  experience in IT Industry. Preferably someone who has experience selling in corporate market with inside sales experience.  Multiple years over quota performance with progressively more difficult assignments.
  • Minimum 1 years experience with CRM tools (salesforce, MS Dynamics and etc.).
  • Have good interpersonal and team-working skills, allowing them to engage positively with all members of their team and provide leadership and support, where required.
  • Knowledge of multi-product/service and solutions, complex sales, typically sells integrated solutions.
  • Expert in discipline offerings; technical ability to develop a total sales engagement.
  • Team player, ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural environment.
  • Viewed as an expert in company; sought out by other sales reps and/or managers for input.
  • Ability to train, coach and lead other Inside Sales Reps., both Outbound and Inbound Problem detection and solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours and travel occasionally
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English.
