  • Create supplies deals in CRM system and continuously update progress for their supplies opportunities
  • Quotes preparation and changes (Products, discounts, quantities, start-end date)
  • Analyzing consumption in ongoing deals and for renewals
  • Renewals: Start renewals process at least 4 months in advance. Ideally 6 months in advance
  • Deal pricing calculations
  • Submitting supplies deals to back office team
  • Reporting
  • Support - sales team & managers
  • Communication with partner and end user when necessary for deal renewals and new deals, support partners with related processes and procedures
  • Additional task when required
  • Looking for new business together with parters
