You will be responsible of resolving technical and usage doubts or issues of costumers that are using our Software.
You will take care of all incoming emails, adding value to the project and gain quality.

  • Support our software through email
  • Maintain client relationships through product support and troubleshooting
  • Respond to incoming email and from end users
  • Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment and through a ticketing tool
  • Gather information from customers and advise on policies

We offer
  • Full-time (39hrs/week) and long-term Contract
  • Rotating Shifts: Monday-Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00
  • Location: Barcelona Center

  • Native level of English + high level of Spanish
  • Familiarity/aptitude with networks (Proxy Settings, Routers, Internet Modems, Ethernet) with all current Operating Systems
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Team player
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non technical terms over email)
  • Keen sense of technical curiosity

Preferred Qualifications
  • Six months or more experience in front-line technical customer service role preferred
  • Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent job experience preferred
