Roles & Responsibilities
Work as part of the Inbound/ Lead Nurturing team to
  • Build a stronger Lead Database by profiling/ researching existing leads to create a detailed view of the customer's need for cloud technology and the sales opportunity
  • Nurture leads with information/ campaigns to increase their understanding of the portfolio, the value proposition and relevant use cases for services
  • Move leads from warm or little Interest to active interest; Education to Consideration
  • Through nurture efforts, create higher value leads which for higher sales conversion rates
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to achieve campaign goals while ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction

  • Native Speaker German
  • 2nd language English fluent
  • 3-5-year college/university degree or European equivalent in professional education, tech degree a huge plus
  • Knowledge of Cloud / Internet Business / Online & Tech attitude
  • 1-2 years experience in sales and/or telesales environment (Sales Talent)
  • Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Superior listening skills& excellent customer service skills
  • Strong decision making abilities in an autonomous environment
  • Detail and follow up oriented
  • Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities shift fast
