Brief overview of Role
  • Integrated in the digital marketing sales team you should be a dynamic and motivated self-starter with strong communications and teamwork skills
  • In this position, you will be mainly responsible for generating new business opportunities, in most of the time from scratch
  • At times, you will be assigned lists of companies to profile / qualify them and in turn identify potential B2B opportunities
  • You will be responsible for self-prospecting companies and decision makers in order to profile / qualify them and identify potential B2B opportunities
  • Our goal is to constantly up skill our employees to be seasoned marketers in an ever-changing industry, continued learning must be welcomed

Main tasks
  • Building and maintaining a book of business to include qualified prospects to deliver consistent new business targets
  • You like to proactively approach clients and win them over
  • You are positively challenged by direct selling and enjoy convincing prospects
  • You are interested in marketing & AdTech and enjoy selling to prospects
  • Execute and achieve sales quota and targets
  • Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
  • Track, manage and report ongoing activity in the sales pipeline
  • Showcase excellent written / verbal sales skills with desire of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential business
  • Prepare commercial and marketing proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound and implemented the right way
  • Timely respond and resolve incoming customer calls / emails regarding, customer inquiries and request

We Offer
  • Full-time (39 hours/week) and Long-term contract
  • Schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00
  • Specific compensation model based on over achievement

  • English native speaker
  • Minimum 6 months Sales Background (cold calling, prospecting, pipeline management)
  • Motivated and self-starter
  • Passion for sales or online marketing
  • Dynamic and persuasive presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively present the client's value proposition
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client's products and solutions
  • Achievement and goal oriented
  • Good computer skills
  • Hyper organized and enjoys an working in an energetic environment

  • Previous experience in B2B Sales
  • Previous experience working with Adtech or online marketing
  • Previous SFDC and Excel experience
