Spanish/French Project Manager/Geo Ops Readiness Lead (m/f)0918AV

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with local stakeholders and Next team members
  • Clarify and provide input on partner and customer relevant country specific
requirements (legal/tax/international model ...)
  • Review translations for communication and training where applicable
  • Local coordination between customer/partner interfacing team members
including Burst capacity
  • Local coordination of internal communication to different stakeholder
groups
  • Ensure efficient leverage of additional support functions like Adoption
Leads and Integration Leads
  • Oversee and report on overall operations and account readiness
responsibilities
  • Deployment and readiness escalation managment - escalate risks/provide
feedback to EMEA and WW teams in a timely manner

Experience/Competencies
  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically, 2 years + of related experience in Global project/program
management
  • Typically, 2-4 years of experience supporting global/regional management
of change programmes

Knowledge and Skills
  • Native level of Spanish with fluent in French
  • Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation);masteryin English
  • Excellent Leadership, negotiation, and influence skills
  • In-depth understanding of core company businesses and the revenue cycle
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint
  • Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to
reach business objectives, in support of the customer/partner requirements
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with
externalcustomers/partners up to the Director level
  • Solid financial and business acumen
  • Proven ability to identify and implement customer-specific process
