Deal Manager Backlog (m/f) - 1018X

The primary role of the Product Specialist is to establish a good relation with Partner Experience Advisor/Manager and Customer Experience Advisor/Manager for Partner satisfaction by giving support related to services issues.

Your main tasks

  • Coordinate proactively backlog management (tool, releases, training);
  • Critical order support when necessary;
  • Quarter-end revenue recognition;
  • Proactively manage product allocations;
  • Support on new Business Model/acquisition;
  • Activity incubation, optimisation and offload to vendor;
  • Identification of automation opportunities and potential outsource of non-value add processes; 
  • X-functional engagements / relationships with MFG, sales, logistics, etc; 
  • Focus on adding value to the client and partner (time back, driving business, ops cost reduction); 
  • Analyse metrics to identify trends and accelerate areas of opportunity;
  • Work with the finance controller.

  • Fluent in English
  • Colleague (university) degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset; 
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
