The Lifecycle Partner will be an energetic, flexible and creative problem solver. Also, will be the primary program liaison with the Partner and will work collaboratively with internal teams for development and delivery of program components

  • Present Partner Program to potential participants, of which may include: Marketing Directors, CMOs, Sales Directors, VP of Sales, etc
  • Manage/respond to program questions, drive conversation to close Initiate program for new Partners
  • Project manage programs for assigned Partners: outline deliverables, set time lines, engage internal delivery teams, ensure delivery, problem-solve issues, and provide program reporting to Partners
  • Distribute leads from program Track program performance metrics, develop/present at Partner quarterly business reviews
  • Discuss program feedback with partners, document, present and provide suggestions to client program team
  • Collaborate with Partner to define next steps in partnership
  • Attend weekly extended team calls, provide program statistics
  • Maintain relationship with Partners for further programs

  • Proficient in English
  • Native German
  • Previous experience in sales in partner or customer facing environments (mandatory)
  • Solid project management skills. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge and experience in establishing and developing relationships with partners or customers
  • Experience working in a virtual sales organization
  • Experience with digital and social selling tools and capabilities including marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • CRM understanding
