Mission



The primary role of the Services Specialist is Establishing good relation with Partner Experience Advisor/Manager and Customer Experience Advisor/Manager for Partner satisfaction by giving support related with services issues



 
Responsibilities


 
  • Establishing good relation with Customer & Partner Experience
  • Development of a strong overview and driving processes
  • Tool and business flow improvements in the services scope
  • Provide customer support in line with Partner segmentation offerings
  • Run and analyse reports in order to follow the appropriate direction
  • Giving support, in terms of administrative work, to the Service Sales teams
  • Prioritize critical issues according to their urgency and importance
  • Establish a network of internal contacts between different stakeholders and organizations for transactional support needs
  • Establish the contact point between escalation management and Regional Ops teams
  • Providing transactional support, in terms of administrative work, bridging between the Customer & Partner
  • Inbound and outbound management of requests through case management tool (CRM – Salesforce)
  • Quoting, deal, booking and order management requests
  • Claims, order re-allocations
  • Updates regarding Contracts changes
  • Doing reports and data analysis


 
Requirements


 
  • University Degree (preferable)
  • Proficient in English
  • Second language (add value)
  • Very good Ms Office knowledge (Excel in particular)
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills
  • Highly organized with good time management skills
