Your main task
What we need from you?
- Provide strategic and consultative advise to customer
- Provide accurate information and deliver highest level of customer satisfaction
- Provide a high quality customer support experience for end user in order to increase lifetime value, and overall satisfaction with company product.
- Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests
- Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
- Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions
- Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures.
- High school Degree required, College Degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in local language and English
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Support/Technical Support
- Strong customer communication skills
- Highly organized and service oriented
