The Program Manager will represent the EMEAR Entitlement & Compliance team and its theater stakeholders on the CAF (covered after failure) project. The Program Manager will drive to implement both short and long-term plans for checks and controls, inspection processes and upstream commerce tools changes that are aimed at minimizing CAF services abuse, reducing costs and increasing Client’s services revenue. 


  • Managing the project to deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefit to the organization;
  • Delivery and roll out of project across EMEAR ecosystem;
  • Developing effective working relationships across the organization by understanding; customer/partner/stakeholder needs;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, project requirements; and deliverables and ensuring project alignment with the overall TS compliance and business objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 - 10 years of experience
  • Project Management experience, driving service and process implementation projects;
  • Experience within a Service Operations, Channels or Service Sales, Customer Services, or Supply Chain environment;
  • PMI/PMP Training/Certification required;
  • DMAIC/LEAN/Continuous Improvement/ Six Sigma Training/Certification desirable.
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint
