- As a Customer Representative, you’re the one who helps customers after they purchase our products or helps customer with questions throughout the buying process and finds the best solution for their needs
- Your day is filled with a range of providing extraordinary assistance to customers who contact you via inbound calls and/or emails. When a customer needs help, you quickly assess their situation and give advice or a solution on the spot. We are counting on you to get the customer excited about the buying experience and find them the perfect product that they are looking for
- Because you’ll work independently from home, you’ll need the discipline and ability to work remotely from co-workers and management
- A love for our products and you are a true fan that wants to share a personalized experience
- You love helping people and enjoy making them feel special
- You have a positive and dedicated attitude
- You are independent and able to tolerate stress
- If you are an Apple user or have Mac knowledge, it’s a plus
- You speak German and English
