aha! TALENTEXPERTS launches new added value system

So-called ancillaries or added value products are constantly gaining popularity in the most diverse fields, especially tourism. Ancillaries define additionally offered products that, for instance, make a holiday really special or a newly purchased pair of shoes that comes with a special care product promising longevity.

TALENTEXPERTS, comments in the travel journal Touristik Aktuell: “Seat reservation on the plane, higher value rental cars, or a butler service are added value factors that don’t just increase the revenue for travel agencies, but also the customer’s experience on a vacation.” A real added value makes the customer happier and hence strengthens their loyalty. Harald Sontowski recently spoke about this important topic, among others, at the annual conference of a leading German travel provider in Agadir, Morocco.

aha! TALENTEXPERTS has spotted this trend early on and created a new, sustainable added value system to promote up and cross selling. Our extensive experience in the tourism field is the perfect best practice example, which we now multiply to the stationary distribution within numerous other industries. Our focus is initially on the German speaking market. At the same time, we look forward to advancing our international expansion.
