Get Together: One company one vision

At the beginning of this month, we had a get together with our Webhelp colleagues from the DACH region. The objectives of the meeting included networking & getting to know each other, giving an overview of the integration status & organisation structure and also defining a common understanding of our objectives as one company.

Since our merger with Webhelp last year in September we expanded our geographic footprint, added an extensive list of international brands as well as value-adding services to our portfolio. The merger and integration of two global players who share the same vision and values, was a win-win for both companies. We have created one strong company with over 50,000 employees and a global presence in over 150 locations around the world.    

The consolidation of DACH Webhelp and Sellbytel entities with highly complementary client portfoliosnow comprises of a strong team from 25 locations in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Kosovo, APAC and the US. The new DACH region will result in an increase in innovative solutions, more efficient processes and even higher quality of service provided. This will improve our overall financial performance and also help us to capture profitable new businesses. 

Following our goal to become the leading outsourcing provider, together we will turn our challenges into priorities by focusing on; 

  • Clients - Our clients are our number one priority and hand in hand, we will continue to work closely with them to provide the best tailored solutions also including near and offshore opportunities in every client situation.
  • Efficiency – We will improve our processes by leveraging synergies, permanently analyze and control our costs and also implement programs that are scalable and cost-saving.
  • People - We are strengthening our Human Resource development initiatives in our locationsthat will support our employees in bringing out their best potential by focusing on becoming even more human and ensuring that every employee feels valued and recognized. 
  • Innovation –Providing innovative solutions such as remote work solutions from our home office solutions expert INVIRES, continues to be our objective. We are better equipped to meet the demands of the new workforce and a future shaped by technology through successfully implementing virtual solutions in a home office set up. We will progressively optimize our solutions which will reinforce the delivery of first-class service to all our clients.  
  • Growth – We will continue to intensify our client relationships through mutual trust, integrity and transparency in the provision of custom-made solutions. This will ensure our clients’ needs are fulfilled and guarantee sustainable growth and longstanding partnerships in the DACH region.
