Outstanding customer service in the FMCG sector

For more than fifteen years now, we have been supporting our clients in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry (FMCG), by managing a B2C Customer Interaction Center in this sector. We deliver premium solutions in customer service, back office and post sales solutions for numerous EU markets from our locations in Barcelona and Erfurt. 

Our declared goal has always been the provision of excellent service quality for our clients and their customers. We are happy to extend our services with one of our long-standing clients, a global leading manufacturer of premium beverages of coffee and tea. The team will be responsible for the support of end consumers, order management and troubleshooting of the machines. 

Our customer service specialists will cover the Australian and New Zealand markets from Kuala Lumpur as well as expand to other Asian markets in the course of the year. These new markets will be added to the existing operation in Barcelona and Erfurt. We are excited about this development and look forward to further expansion.
