By 2025 an estimated 75% of the workforce will be millennials. Also called “Generation Y”, they already have a significant impact on the workplace. Being born between the 1980s and 2000s, new ethics and work motivation have risen in this generation. Businesses need to be aware in order to successfully integrate them into the future workplace.

According to a recent study done with Workplace Trends, 77% of millennials believe that a flexible schedule is the key to more productivity. With the new mindset, approach and values brought by this workforce, shifts have taken place.
